Home-Learning Challenge

Home-Learning challenges for the Summer term are now available to view in the Children’s Section of our website.

Break-Time Snacks

From Monday 15th January 2018 we will be increasing the range of the snacks we have available to buy at break time to include items such as breadsticks, Babybel cheese, cereal bars, mini Cheddars and dried fruit. Bottled water and milk will still be available. Items will cost 20p-30p each.

Cashless School

I am writing to inform you that from Wednesday 3rd January 2018 we will be operating as a cashless school and will no longer be accepting cash or cheque payments for school dinners, trips, residentials, music lessons or school uniform. Instead we ask that you use our online payment system and that you pay in advance for all of your child’s expenses. This

Year 5 Children in Need Fair

On Friday 16th November, Year 5 held their fantastic, fun-filled, fundraising event: the Children in Need Fair! The children had been working incredibly hard for weeks to organise their own games and stalls to raise money for this important cause. It was a brilliant day! The Year 5 children were consummate professionals and were thoroughly exhausted after a long day of running their stalls.

Year 5 Crashed Vehicle Project – Operation Eagle Eye

This week the children in Year 5 have had the opportunity to find out more about road safety and how to prevent accidents in vehicles during the Operation Eagle Eye Crashed Vehicle project. On Friday 22nd September, Year 4 will be visited by real life Roman Soldiers!  They will learn all about the life of a Roman soldier (including the training needed to join the Roman army), the impact that the Romans had on British society at the time and what we have today that the Romans left us.
